RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will provide refunds pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the “Act”) namely, if the goods you purchased:
Are not of merchantable quality; (excludes "As Is" items where any defects have been made clear to you)
Are not fit for its purpose;
Do not match the sample.
or if they are damaged.
For any refund or exchange enquiries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase stating the reason for your refund or exchange.
If possible do not discard the packaging prior to your request being completed
We apologise but we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to the following reasons:
1. change your mind.
2. If you choose the wrong colour or shade.
3. If the reason for the refund is due to cosmetic damage to packaging if the item itself is intact i.e if the box is dented, chipped or bruised but the product is undamaged and usable.
4. If the reason for your request is due to defects/ damage that were made clear to you at the time of purchase. I.e if you purchase an item from our "as is" category.
5. If you pick the wrong size or weight.
6.If the product for which you want a refund or exchange has been extensively used or swatched.
We may require the item/s to be sent back to us before processing your request. If we accept your refund or exchange request we will provide you with a shipping label via email.
Returns to be sent via Australia Post Standard Postage
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working of days.
If your exchange request is accepted we will send you a new product after receiving the old product, please allow up to 10 working days for the replacement to reach you. We are not responsible for postage and courier delays.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We may require the item/s to be returned to us first a before sending a replacement.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

Photographs showing the extend of the damage.
Photographs of the box or satchel clearly showing the label (please do not discard these).
We may require damaged products to be sent back to us at our discretion before approving your request.
