SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $120
Orders under $120 will incur standard flat rate shipping at $9.95 to any destination within Australia.
We use Australia Post to provide our clients with exceptional service and value, we reserve the right to change couriers at any time.
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)*
Standard shipping can take 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
Express Shipping
If you want your order to arrive ASAP, we offer express shipping!
Express shipping will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) using Australia Post Anywhere within Australia or Sendle in WA.

Shades Of Ebony offers shipping to New Zealand. This service is carried out by Australia Post.
Flat Rate Standard - 7 to 12 Working Days $19.95
Flat Rate Express - 5 to 8 Working Days $34.95
Incorrect address
If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address please email us at sales@shadesofebonybeauty.com.au as soon as possible so we can rectify the information. Please note We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been handed over to our shipping partners. In this instance, we ask that you speak with the postal service directly.
If your order is sent to an incorrect address, we will only reship it after the initial order has been returned to us.
We are not responsible for orders that end up getting delivered to the wrong address, no refunds will be provided if the items are not recoverable.
Returns
We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or if you pick the wrong item or colour.
