All orders will be shipped via Australia Post  or Sendle.

How much will I pay?

Ain’t nobody got time to stress about shipping fees. We charge a flat rate fee per order. This means no matter how many items you purchase you will only be charged the flat fee.

Australia

Flat Rate Domestic - 5 to 10 Working Days $8.99

Flat Rate Express - 3 to 7 Working Days $12.99 

International Shipping

New Zealand

Flat Rate Economy Air (Untracked) - Up to 25 Days $14.99

Flat Rate Standard - 7 to 12 Working Days $19.95

Flat Rate Express - 5 to 8 Working Days $34.95

Rest of the world

 We apologise but we do not currently post to other international destinations.

When will my order arrive?

We totally get it, you absolutely cannot wait to receive your amazing products but in order for us to prepare your order with the love and care it deserves, we ask that you allow 48 to 72 hours before your order is shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number when your purchase is ready to ship.

Standard Shipping – Please allow 5 to 10 working days.

Express Shipping – Please allow 3 to 7 Working days.

Most orders will arrive within 10 working days after postage.

Please note delivery may take longer for our customers outside the metro areas.

Incorrect address

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address please email us at sales@shadesofebonybeauty.com.au as soon as possible so we can rectify the information. Please note We are unable to change  addresses once the order has been shipped. If your order is sent to an incorrect address, we will only reship it after the initial order has been returned to us. We are not responsible for orders that end up getting delivered to the wrong address. 

Important information

Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order is shipped not from the time of purchase.

During public holidays and special sale events the handling time and delivery time frame may take longer.

"Working Days" does not include weekends or public holidays.
