SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We Offer $8.50 flat rate Australia wide delivery on every order using sendle or Australia Post.
You will be provided with a tracking number upon postage.
Most orders will arrive within 10 working days after delivery , please note postage may take longer if delivering outside the metro areas.
We will work hard to make sure your orders are shipped out in a timely manner, Please allow up to 14 Business days for your order to arrive.

We require up to 3 days to prepare your order for shipment. Please note during public holidays and special sale events the handling time and delivery time frame may take longer.
We apologise but we do not currently post to international destinations.
We offer $12.50 flat rate express shipping on every order.
Express Post will be via Sendle within perth metro areas & Australia post to all other areas.
express shipping to any major Australian cities will take 2 to 7 working days once posted.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will provide refunds pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the “Act”) namely, if the goods you purchased:
Are not of merchantable quality;
Are not fit for its purpose;
Do not match the sample.
or if they are damaged.
We apologise but we are unable to provide a refund if:
1. You simply change your mind.
2. Choose the wrong colour or shade.

We may require the items to be sent back to us before processing your refund.
Postage will be reimbursed if your refund is accepted
Returns to be sent via Australia Post Standard Postage
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
